Guest Post Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD). Payments for guest posts are accepted via UPI for users in India and PayPal for international users.

Payments are non-refundable once your submitted content has been approved and published on inclaw.me. If your content is rejected during the review phase for not meeting our editorial guidelines, you will be given one revision opportunity to amend it. If the content is still unacceptable after revision, a 50% refund will be issued, retaining 50% as an administrative review fee.

2. Content Ownership & License

As the contributor, you retain the original copyright to your submitted work. However, by submitting your content to INCLAW, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, edit, format, and distribute the content on inclaw.me and our affiliated promotional channels.

3. Editorial Discretion

INCLAW reserves the right to edit submissions for grammar, clarity, formatting, and SEO optimization prior to or after publication. We retain full discretion to decline topics that do not align with our categories (Career, Writing, Finance, Business, Legal, Productivity, Utility) or that violate our guidelines.

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to: Adult material, gambling, cryptocurrency schemes, weapons, hate speech, plagiarism, heavily AI-spun content, or illegal services.

4. Backlink Policy & Google Compliance

If you purchase the "Guest Post + Backlink" tier, you are permitted one (1) contextual outbound link within the body of the article. In strict compliance with Google's link-spam policies, all paid or sponsored links are published with the rel="sponsored" and target="_blank" attributes. We do not offer dofollow links for paid placements under any circumstances.

INCLAW reserves the right to remove or modify any outbound link at a later date if the target URL becomes unsafe, redirects to prohibited content, or otherwise violates these guidelines, without providing an additional refund.

5. No SEO or Traffic Guarantees

While we strive to optimize our platform for search engines, publication on INCLAW does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, indexing timelines, referral traffic volumes, or any other specific marketing outcome.

6. Turnaround Time

- Payment Verification: Manual verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of your submission.
- Content Review: Once you submit your article draft, our editorial team will review it within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email upon approval or if edits are required.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
